Founded in 1997 by Christine Nichlos, CTS Options Employment Resources is a wholly woman-owned full service placement and consulting company. In the short span of our enterprise we have established firm relationships with our community and those with whom we provide service. Our Mission To be an invaluable resource to the community, for employment direction, advice & solutions. To keep a firm grasp on the pulse of the local economy and its direction in order to share our knowledge with those we service. To provide clients and applicants with exceptional and unexpected services. To reach further and strive harder to meet both the financial and service goals and objectives of our business.
