Description: Seeking an attorney with seven to ten years firm or corporate experience to support technology outreach functions. Client has a preference for some in-house experience. This is a transactional position, no preparation and prosecution, heavy agreement writing, review and negotiation, due diligence. Must have a J.D. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or Biotech degree required. Will not consider Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Must be a member of a State Bar in good standing with intent of eventuality. Must be currently admitted to the USPTO.
