Responsible for the preparation and prosection of patent applications including drafing cases as well as supervision of outside counsel and in-house agents. Duties include freedom-to-operate, opinions, licensing, due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Will also manage litigation as needed. Advanced degree preferred in Chemistry, BioChemistry, or Life Sciences.
