This small, growing IP boutique is currently seeking a Biochemistry/Chemistry Patent Attorney with substantial experience in patent prosecution. Candidate must have a degree in chemistry or biochemistry. Candidate should have strong qualifications in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, pharmaceuticals, catalysts, and related processes. Responsibilities will include the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patent applications and client counseling on a wide variety of intellectual property issues. Years of Experience: 2+
Must have a minimum (solid) 2 years of Patent work experience.
