Description: Seeking an attorney with a minimum of three years experience in Chemical Arts with law firm or corporate experience. Position requires the preparation and prosecution of domestic applications as well as supervising foreign associated applications regarding world-wide prosecution. Less than half of incumbent's duties will be handling U.S. prosecution for european arm of patent department within company. Rest of duties will include infringement assessment, clearances. counseling of various business management and scientific staff regarding intellectual property matters. Must have a JD. Must a be a member of a State Bar in good standing. Chemistry or Chemical Engineering degree required. Must be admitted to the USPTO.
