Patent Attorney

Salary: N/A / Yearly Location: Southeast, SC
Type: Full-Time
Patent Attorney with three plus years firm or in-house experience needed for the preparation and prosecution of patent applications including personally drafting cases and managing outside counsel in the same. Will work with inventors regarding invention disclosures and provide freedom-to-operate and invalidity opinions. Client counseling regarding Intellectual Property matters is required.
Must have a JD
BS in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering, but will consider others if there is mechanical experience.
Must be a member of a State Bar in good standing and be admitted to the USPTO.
