Will be responsible for patent drafting and prosecution of patent applications; manage a portion of the patent portfolio; render patentability & freedom-to-operate opinions; draft and negotiate licensing agreements. JD required. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering required. Must be a current member of a State Bar in good standing and be admitted to the USPTO.
