Description: Seeking an attorney with three to five years minimum experience in either firm or corporate structure. Will provide predominantly preparation and prosecution of patent applications, opinion renderings and client counseling. Must have a JD. Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering degree required. Will consider Mechanical Engineering degree with design application experience. Must be admitted to any State Bar in good standing with intent and be admitted to the USPTO.
