Seeking an attorney with three to six years firm or corporate experience to serve as liaison with outside law firms, for filing, protection in litigation, oppositions and patent interferences. analyze patents and prepare infringement, validity, freedom to operate opinions; develop client's strategy; manage licensed-in filings; counsel Research and Development teams; participate in and/or oversee worldwide patent application prep and pros; conduct educational client seminars; review and approve agreements.
J.D. required.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry or Biochemistry with small molecule experience required; advanced a plus!
Must be a member of a State Bar in good standing and be admitted to the PTO Bar.
