Interview engineers relative to patent matters, search for and analyze patents; handles contract matters, complete spec projects, handle and resolve difficult and/or complex legal problems and patent disputes, work with foreign and domestic business unit technical leadership in developing patent strategies, work withinventors, manage patent docket, negotiate and prepare contracts, participate in international commercial transactions involving technical; conduct patent novelty infringement validity studies. Experience in preparation and prosecution required, strong technical background with at least two years engineering experience and in-house experience required. This is more of a transactional/contracts position. Engineering or Technical degree with relevant experience required (Mechanical, Electrical).
