Description: Responsible for preparation and filing patent applications related to electrical and optical inventions; prosecute patent applictions to issuance with the goal of maximizing claim scope while ensuring the patent will be held valid and enforceable in future litigation. Attend brainstorm /inventing sessions with tech teams to integrate the technical and legal implication of IP issues in product design. Travel up to 10%. Need to have worked as an engineer for a couple of years prior to Law School. Position is at branch location. Must have a J.D. GPA minimum 3.0, prefers higher BSEE only Must be a member of a State Bar in good standing and be currently admitted to the USPTO.
