Description: Seeking a patent agent with two to ten plus years of firm or in-house experience for our client. Will provide substantial interface with Research and Development engineering groups on invention reviews, invention discovery, harvesting ideas, liaison with outside counsel on preparation and prosecution of inventions. Prepare and prosecute a few annually unless desire for more. Assist in portfolio maintenance, development & strategizing. Will accept any electrical or mechanical undergraduate degrees. Must be admitted to the USPTO.
