Description: Seeking an attorney with four to ten plus years in Chemical Arts to develop and implement IP strategies. Participate in interference & oppositions proceedings & foreign invalidity proceedings. Supervise outside counsel and in-house counsel agents in preparation and prosecution. Up to 60% of time dedicated to litigation developing theories of the case counseling appropriate business leaders. Collaborating with internal litigation team and other patent attorneys to technically support litigation; various opinion renderings. Must have a J.D., top half. M.S. in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry required; Ph.D. highly preferred. Must be admitted to a State Bar in good standing and be admitted to the USPTO Bar.
