Description: In search of an attorney with a minimum of four years experience in a firm structure. Responsibilities include patent preparation and prosecution. We're looking for attorneys to build this position of the firm's practice in technology venture funding and licensing and acquisitions. Must have a JD within the top two tiers. Requires an Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics degree. Must be a member of any State Bar in good standing and admitted to the USPTO.
