Chicago Legal Search, Ltd., celebrating its 22nd anniversary, is focused on attorney placement primarily in the Chicago metropolitan area. We are the only diversity-owned and National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) certified Chicago-based legal recruiting firm. Chicago Legal Search is also a member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC). We specialize in the permanent and temporary placement of partners, associates and in-house counsel, and facilitate law firm and practice group mergers.

Our five recruiters have more than 50 years of combined legal and recruiting experience. We are committed to diversity recruiting for a variety of clients, including many of the country's largest law firms; mid-size, small and boutique law firms; and Fortune 500 and smaller, privately-held companies. Our legal staffing division, CLS Legal Staffing, which is minority-managed and operated, can also recruit for any of your non-attorney hiring needs.
