Description: Seeking an attorney with two to five years experience in either a firm or corporate structure for the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in biotechnology, medical devices, chemical and/or pharmaceutical fields. Will provide opinion work and Intellectual Property client counseling. Must have a J.D.; first tier schools preferred, others top quarter. Advanced degree in Organic Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Biology, or Biochemistry required. Must be a member of a State Bar in good standing with intent of eventuality as well as admitted to the USPTO.
