ASSOCIATE
Description: Seeking an attorney with two to four years of firm or corporate experience to provide mainly preparation and prosecution of mechanical patent applications. Will provide preparation of patentability, invalidity and non-infringement opinions. Litigation opportunities available. Significant client counseling. Must have a J.D. with excellent academics, first and second tier top third; others higher. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required, will consider other mechanical related degrees. Must be a member of a State Bar in good standing with intent of eventuality and be admitted to the USPTO.
