Will provide preparation of patentability, invalidity and non-infringement opinions. Litigation opportunities available. Significant client counseling. Must have a J.D. with excellent academics, first and second tier top third; others higher. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required, will consider other mechanical related degrees. Must be a member of a State Bar in good standing with intent of eventuality and be admitted to the USPTO.
